Job Description:
Social Media Planning and Implementation: Create and put into action a dynamic social media strategy that advances the mission and objectives of the organization. To increase audience engagement, plan, organize, and schedule interesting material for various social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Creating and Managing Content
Make eye-catching images, videos, and other multimedia material for advertisements, articles, and postings. You will be responsible for creating posts that will foster engagement as well as promote the objectives of the company to readers world wide.
Managing a well planned content media calendar and ensure you follow it closely at all times.
Community Engagement and Interaction
Monitor closely customer enquires and quickly answering queries that may pop up from Direct message or comment. Manage vital conversations with page followers to foster community engagement and inclusivity
Social Media Advertising & Campaigns
Create and carry out sponsored social media campaigns with the goal of raising brand awareness, interaction, and conversions. Monitor, assess, and improve campaign success by using data to hone tactics and enhance results.
Performance Insights and Analytics
To track social media performance and obtain useful information, use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and platform-specific insights). To constantly improve strategy and impact, include data-driven recommendations in frequent performance reports.
Showcase willingness to Collaborate
You must me willing to work the marketing and content teams so as to make sure that your message is passed across all platforms
Responsibilities:
You must be familiar with the most effective strategies of digital marketing
An excellent ability to express yourself orally and in written texts
Must think creatively and pay attention to details
Must work with current trends and analytical tools especially Google analytics
Must work both independently and with teams
